It's literally 10 pm, I was not in the mood to workout and was just going to go shower. Then I thought "come on, go do a short Eleni video", and I clicked on this one. I was literally so pumped, and now I'm proud I did not procrastinate. Thank you so much, you really motivate me to workout daily!
I used to think pilates was silly but how you break it down makes it easy to follow and I have never sweat so much in my life. My energy has increased, I feel stronger, and I noticed I am more toned
Hello, Eleni. I'm a 3rd year medicine student but was diagnosed with myoclonus 2ndary to conversion disorder due to stress and was adviced by the university to take a year break. So as part of my non-pharmacologic therapy, I did your exercise. And not even a week, I saw a lot of improvements. My episodes minimized from 5x to once a day only. Thanks so much! Hopefully I can recover soon so I can go back to school.

Today I was supposed to do a power yoga workout, but I just wasn't feeling it. This popped up in my feed and I thought I'd give it a go. I am so impressed with how much I enjoyed the moves, they feel right and are challenging enough to bring on a full sweat. I will definitely add this to my rotation. You really understand movement.

Amazing workout, in all my life I was into strength training. Never had thought with your pillates type workouts Elenaki I could still have the muscle definition but I do at 59 years of age. Kalimera koukla mou❤
I tried this yesterday and thought it was a bit light and fluffy, but at least I am moving my body. Wow, was I wrong?! I woke up today and can feel every muscle that has been ignored by my weight training. I have saved this one and cannot wait to check out your others. ❤it - thank you!!!!

I love this type of workout. It won’t burn tons of calories, but it trains strength and balance. Good for those days when I am recovering from weightlifting. Really appreciate the all standing too, because I have weak wrists which get painful easily 😢. Thank you, and I immediately subscribe your channel 😘

Hi Eleni! I just discovered your channel and have been enjoying your workouts. I have been doing mostly your no jumping workouts due to just healing from having posterior tibial tendonitis on my left foot. I still can't do anything high impact like before but after completing physical therapy, I am now able to feel some normalcy and am able to walk better and finally able to do low impact workouts. This workout is great for an all body workout but not great for inner/outer thighs. Mostly quads, glutes, obliques and abs. Not bad, just missing some key exercises. Still got a good workout, thank you!
I think I saw more progress (obviously with a diet) doing your workouts. At first I though “yeah this is not gonna burn”, weeks after doing a routine with your workouts, my sweat and the burn sensation say otherwise.
Hi Eleni, I usually love your videos, because they are neck friendly. But somehow with this video I hurt my neck twice (because I forgot after the fist time). I think it’s because of the over head arm movements.
