Today we are doing a 30-Minute FULL BODY Pregnancy Workout. Includes a warm up, pregnancy cardio, strength and pregnancy stretches. This workout is unique because I haven't added music so you can play your own favorite music in the background! Start this as early as your first trimester and continue through third trimester! I hope you feel amazing after this pregnancy exercise class (Safe for 1sts trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).

This is the only channel on RU-vid I’ve found that seems to actually know pregnancy workouts and anatomy. This has just the right amount of breaks, and no moves that feel unsafe or unstable. Thank you!

It was great to have a video with no music! As someone recovering from a concussion, I often have to turn down or mute volume on workout videos as the different ''stimulations'' at the same time is just too much for my brain. So nice to be able to hear your instructions and follow along! :)

Since I’ve been following your workouts for quite a while, I am somehow used to having music. I’m fine without it as well, but there are times when I don’t look at the video, and it makes me feel the video stopped. 😅 But I understand the purpose of this video, it is for those who want to play their own music. I prefer relaxing music with your workouts specially for mama’s who wants to relax thru yoga and pilates workouts. 😌 Thank you for your channel. ❤

Loved this workout! I do Street Parking workouts for the most part, but this was amazing as I didn't have to adapt anything, and it hit all of my mobility issues. 34 weeks today. Thank you for this gift

I have worked out to many of your videos, and the no music was by far my favorite. I am much more able to get in to my body when I listen to music that inspires me and really able to find my center. Thank you for experimenting with this, I would love to see more workouts like this as when I play my own music while you also have music in the background it can feel overstimulating.

First of all, I love your videos! I do like when you add music because I workout/yoga in my house early in the morning and cannot play separate music from the video. Also, it's helpful when you say what we will do next (sometimes you were only showing the video and then going into the next exercise). I know it's probably hard to do both, but just a thought, if possible, because I'm not always looking at the screen.

Thank you so much for creating such wonderful resources for pregnant Mommas. I’m 21 weeks along with my second baby, and I’ve done at least one of your videos almost every day since I was 8 weeks pregnant! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The absolute wealth of resources you provide allow us to challenge ourselves in new ways without getting bored. As far as a “no music” vs. “music” option, I personally prefer when you include the music. But I’ll keep working out to your videos regardless!

Thank you for creating these videos, they have helped greatly throughout my pregnancy!! especially on days that I feel too heavy and stiff (almost 31 weeks now), I rely on the stretch/ yoga videos or put on a workout video and I instantly feel a boost of energy after completing the workout. I truly appreciate your videos !! I have slowly started to watch the labour / delivery related videos to mentally prep. I was wondering from which weeks to start practicing the exercises that help with delivery and labour ? As I am nervous of deciding when is the right time to start. Lots of love to you !! 💕💕

Feeling the burn! I love when your videos include music. Your choices are always very tasteful and motivating (and clean! - there's some unsavory workout music videos on RU-vid), and help the workout to move faster. That said, I ended up finding a general playlist that did the job.

My biggest struggle is working hard to control weight gain. I just recently learned that I most likely have Hashimoto’s, and though my thyroid is currently at normal levels, weight gain just seems to attack during pregnancy. I’m older this go around than I have been for any of my other pregnancies (40) and had a miscarriage earlier this year that gained me 8 pounds that never came off, so I started heavier than ever. It just stresses me out. Praying the workouts help to control the weight gain along with healthy eating choices.

This is the first time I did one of your exercises and I liked it very much! I love the advanced options in the corner. For me, no music is perfect because I always train without distractions. The only thing is that I would love some more alignment cues. Sometimes I don't know if my posture is correct or not. Thanks for this channel I will try out more videos!

The no music option sounds good, but I use my phone to cast the workout. So, if it’s playing the video, it would be very challenging to find another device to play music separately.

Hey there! Love your videos. I am currently over 2 months post partum with my first baby boy. I had a c-section and I have the overhang belly now. I go to the gym about 4-5 days a week in the mornings for cardio. I usually do the stair master for around 25min or the treadmill on a very high incline. My goal is to try and lose the weight, and then once that is down I’d like to tone up/gain a bit of muscle. Looking for some advice from you to see if it sounds like I’m doing it right ? Thank you! xx

Probably won't see this but I have a left hamstring injury. It is healed but still hurts and limits me. I want to do safe pregnancy work outs but most of these (and stuff in your other videos) I can only do with my right leg. Do you have any videos that might work for me or ideas/advice?
