Nine months after my second pregnancy, I still looked 5 months pregnant. I was diagnosed with a 4-finger diastasis recti gap. After healing my gap and abdominal bulge, I studied to become a pregnancy and postpartum core exercise specialist (PCES) to help moms to do the same. My mom told me about them I had a really hard birth 4 days of labor 28hrs of pushing and 52 stitches 🪡 😬 she called them the baby shakes that was the last thing on my mind after that birth LMAO 🤣🤰🍼

This is the first time I have heard of this beyond the second delivery I was at as a doula! It was done (attempted) at a home birth in an apartment…. I don’t know if it was fully prepared for or pulley studied up on…? The window was open to help with the smell and it was a bit too cool for baby. Still an amazing practice once it is fully prepared for!

Hi! Currently a day before my 35th week (1st pregnancy) at 28 years old, I'm excited to follow this video for some of the routines for shorter labor. I will be following this exercise for 3x a week starting today hopefully shortening my labor when the time comes. 😅😊
I was making eggs one day and instead of dropping the eggs in the skillet to fry i was dropping them in the trash can.... After 3 eggs I finally realized they didn't go in the trash but in the skillet to fry 😂😂
My 14 pound Shiba Inu was attacked by a husky. And both the dogs were on leashes and being introduced yet the husky still attacked. He pinned her down and went for her neck. I was able to get my dog out of there but my dog was screaming. Luckily the dog just pulled some fur out and bruised my dog’s neck, but I’m very careful now about what dogs I have in contact with my own
“Craniosacral therapy” is deemed pseudoscience, and so called “Craniosacral therapists” are NOT medical professionals. But they market themselves to make people think they are! CSTs do not go to actual medical institutions like nurses and doctors. It’s a pseudoscience. Many of them are literally just massage therapists who took some extra classes in this pseudoscience. Yes, massage therapists.
I was shaking like this during labor and my mom and hubby kept putting blankets on me. "I'M NOT COLD!" After three kids, I learned it's just easier to relax and let it happen vs clench and try to control it.
Girl, get you some adult diapers, or period diapers, and thank me in your hospital bed nice and cozy without having to put 20 things on around some underwear never meant to hold up a pad like that!! TRUST ME MAMAS!!!
I had lightning crotch from my first trimester, long before I was even showing, up until I had my son. The pain was almost constant and when I told my OB, he said it was a normal part of pregnancy and explained why it happens. I thought it was normal then.
