I loved this workout. I am almost 75 years old and often have difficulty doing some of the workouts with weights. This video I could do all. Had some difficulty with balance on one of the exercises, but I changed it just little so I could do it. Love the all standing workouts. Thank you for ALL the great workouts!

Amazing full body workout- I used 5lb weights and still sweated as if I was using heavier weights! Eleni is a superb trainer! I am so glad I found this channel too since I have been enjoying her all inclusive workouts! My abs now have a visible V shape too- Thank you Eleni!

I found a video I totally forgot about, it was buried in all my saved videos. “30min standing dumbbell HIIT full body workout”, what a great workout it is too. I did a warmup first with Eleni’s 10min upper body with dumbbells. Added in two more 30min videos for a full workout and I got all my workouts done with no improvising 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻. It’s a great Friday. Thanks for this, Eleni. I am your fan and actually, and I always follow your practices almost on a daily basis. Like yesterday, I just finished one of your pilates (i.e. 30-min Cardio Pilates). I will definitely try this one today as every Thursday is my HIIT day. This one is good as well; it has no jumping and is no repeat. And even with the light weights should be okay for me. Thank you and I decide to donate monies to support your channel!!

This was challenging. First time I've done a HIIT workout with dumbbells-with you. This is a great full-body workout. Yours are already challenging without using dumbbells, but adding weights makes it even more of a challenge--which is great. But I probably need slightly lighter dumbells for some of these movements. I had to switch to holding one with both hands to protect one of my shoulders. Loved this workout so much I'll look for others. I see this was new 9 months ago. But still, good timimg for me!
This was different from anything that I have ever done, but I liked it! It was actually harder than what I thought. I used my 8 lb dumbbells on some of the exercises. More please! 😊
