Hi Ellie, I know this might be out of your expertise area, but why not ask you anyways. So a few years back I started doing this thing called hard mewing. Hard mewing is when you press your tongue with string force against the roof of your mouth. I believe that has wrecked my body alignment, starting from my cranial alignment. Do you think these exercises or other exercises you teach could possibly help bring my body back to normal if done long enough? I guess more specifically what I’m asking is if the whole body alignment includes the cranial bones, specifically the maxilla.
Whole body alignment absolutely involves the bones of the face - or it wouldn't be whole body alignment. So yes, absolutely my work can help you with misalignment starting at the face and moving downwards. God you are amazing. I only clocked you about three weeks ago but boy you are helping me out hugely already, especially as I’m training hard at the moment.
You should place your ads in between each exercise--not in the middle of an exercise. I found it very disruptive as I was trying to complete the exercises.
What should we do if we can't even get into position for the first pose (childs pose) with our fingers and elbows even touching the ground at the same time? If I try it lifts up the opposite thing, quite frustrating to not even get into position, let alone hold it
