The first time he said “you’ll be coming back for more 😏” all I could think was “yeah right I can’t even breath.” 3 months later and I’m STILL coming back to this workout. You were right Jake 😂
2 months ago I couldn't get halfway through this workout, but I just finshed the whole thing (and i used ankle and free weights and barely broke a sweat!!!!). KEEP TRYING! I BELIVE IN YOUUUUU

Hands down my favorite trainer on popsugar!! More videos with him pleeaasseee!!! I've been doing the 3 he does on your channel over and over and I've seen really awesome results. Best thing is, the more you do it the better you get at it too. Can I just adopt Jake and keep him as a personal trainer?? Yes yes!! 😂😂

I had added this routine to my exercises about a year ago. When I had my physical, my doctor said I had gained .4 lb in muscle mass and lost 1.3 lbs in body fat!!! I'm 71 years old and this was the only change I had in my exercise routine. Thank you so much, Jake!!
@@docwayson Thanks so much, Heather! I also do a few of the video exercises by REFIT and I lift weights at home (nothing too heavy). I started doing aerobics when it was started by Kenneth H. Cooper, the father of aerobics, so I’ve exercised all my adult life. I do weigh myself everyday and I try to eat healthy (sweets are my downfall). Started working out two years ago, this work out has completely kicked my ass and got me in the shape I wanted, I've been doing it every other day with some cardio and I'm so pleased with the results. It works guys, honestly. I swear every time I do this video and literally wanna lose my rag but I always come back for more once you see results it's an addiction 🙏🏼👌
This is my new "to go" workout. Simple, but not easy, and effective. Almost gave up somwtimes, but I really got a grip and fought. I'm 37 and a little rusty, but I think I'll get to use a bikini if I practive this workout frequently. Jake is really professional and smart.

My first workout with Jake Dupree was challenging and fun.. he has a great sense of humor which makes any workout more enthusiastic.. I really enjoyed him !!
There are some slower workouts that focus on bodyweight resistance. I would check out the gymra channel. They do some yoga sculpt which is similar to this but slower.
Love this tutorial! I've been doing it everyday for the past 2 weeks and i've seen so much improvement. Stick with it you guys! The personality of these folks really is infectious and helps with the much needed motivation.

OMG!!! This was so painful!!! I almost gave up. I could not keep up with at the beginning but I was like, " this part is just 10 minutes! You can do it!" so I continued, yet at a slower pace. The butt section was deliciously painful!! I was crying and smiling at the same time. I will return to this workout in a couple of days.

This was an awesome workout! I don't think I've ever done such a fast paced pilates workout! would love to see more of Jake! Definitely will be my "go to" bikini butt/abs workout from now on!
I found this 1 months ago after a lot of workout vid. At first I was dying on the floor after 7 minutes. Now, I've lost 4.4 pounds, I'm feeling really good and I have to do extra movements when I finish this bc I'm not tired😊 This is the best workout vid 😍

I love popsugar fitness workouts!!! They're always different and keep me guessing and always seem to be effective. BUT the main reason I love it is because the "assistance" dont just suffer in silence! They make me feel like they're human too! It keeps me coming back. They are feeling what I am but fighting with me through it😊💝
This guy is seriously fit and so fkexible.I just watched his workout and I thought I will pass out. Tomorrow I will have to try it . I may need an oxygen mask after the warm up but I will have a go 😊
