If you want to get a higher score/lower risk of failing, I would recommend reviewing the different types of Biases, Salesforce principles (general not AI), and general data principles (not application specific). And pay attention to that AI Ethical Practice Maturity Model!

Like many others here, I was able to pass my exam by watching your video and studying what you had in it. Tips for others: 1. Focus on different types of biases 2. Not necessarily knowing the five AI principles, and the 5 trusted guidelines for AI are, but be able to identify examples of each. That was what I felt I saw on the test the most. Like blah, blah, blah, is an example of with AI principle? Or blah, blah, blah, is could lead to which form of bias? Only my second certification I have passed. While it is an associate certification which is meant to be easier, it still feels good to have more than one certification.

Good summary. What surprises me is that you have defined Ethics as indoctrination. I not agree with that statement. Obviously it is easier to pass this exam if you have some basic notions of Ethics (from having studied in high school or at least having seen The Good Place)
