I'm getting back into working out again and figured I'd try this, thinking it wouldn't be too bad. But MAN was it more challenging than I thought, especially those holds without any weight!! This gives me hope that I don't have to train 5 days a week for an hour a day - thank you for this. This class was so fun and motivating!! Love that it's work smarter, not harder.
Where do I begin?!?! The wonderfully intergrated warm up, the perfectly choreographed moves - it seriously flowed like a dance - and the on-point form prompts... I've been nursing several injuries from a knee to a shoulder and this didn''t bother ANY of them; this kicked my butt and left me feeling worked yet strong in the best way possible!!!🤩🤩🤩 Thank you so much Justina!!! I just finished this workout and this combination of exercises felt amazing for me! One thing I would like is longer rest times between the super-sets. I needed about 30 to 45s to catch my breath and recover so I can begin the next super-set with the best possible form. It's the first time I tried one of your workouts and I can't wait to try all of them in the future ❤️ the world needs more coaches like you! Thank you!!!

Hi Justina, I live in a rural area which is a 30 minute drive to the local gym and its early in the morning. I was going to join the ladder app and work out from home until I saw your review and the price. My goal is to firm up, gain strength and to improve cardiovascular health. Can you recommend a few beginners videos to get started?
This particular superset formula is intriguing, but I’m a little surprised this full body workout seemed to include squat, hinge, and push, but no pull?
Came back to this today because I couldn't do the Power one released today as my back and hips are iffy with swings as I did something silly kettlebell swinging last Sunday. 🫠 This was just thing to lift my mood as working out "with you" always is!!
