This is the best core/ab workout I’ve ever done. I find it hard to fully and deeply activate those muscles but you fired them up like crazy!!! Loooved this 🤘🏼💛
This is so hard. I started out doing it and after 10 mins I realised I need to work on my form or hurt my back. Will be back again. Doing hollow holds, bird dogs and Turkish gets ups.
Hey Justina!! Another nice video here! :) I have a question regarding the mat - would you recommend a relatively thick one over the thin one (or let's say whether this would help with my situation)? I only have one with 2.5mm thickness and it's hurting my knees when doing these moves. Thanks!
Hey, glad you enjoyed! I highly recommend a thicker mat, especially if you're having some knee pain. Another option is to roll up the mat halfway so you have double thickness under the knees or keep a blanket nearby. Hope that helps!
When do you recommend to workout each part of the body? (How many times a week) in order to build muscles and loose weight? And also, is it enough to do this workout only once or is it better to do it twice like you said we can do if we feel like it?
Hi Lila, those are pretty broad goals so it's tough for me to give you any guidance without knowing your exact situation. Personally, I don't do split days. But if that's something you like to do, then that's great. And with this particular workout, "better" totally depends on you! So if you want to do it more than once, it's perfectly safe to go for it!
