Join me in this Kettlebell workout that will target your full body. Doing this workout improves the toning and strength of your muscles but will also improve your cardiovascular system at the same time. All the kettlebell exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints, so overuse injuries won’t happen too quickly.
As always, this workout includes a short warm up and cool down. And you will get that water break halfway through the workout.

Gosh how did I miss this workout? Glad I’ve found it because it’s really brilliant. I don’t have a kettlebell but dumbbells work excellently. Thanks to you Marischa as always.

I like this format a lot. Two sets of the same five exercises then another two sets of different 5 exercises. Makes me feel like a real weightlifter. 🤣

Yes! I'm glad to see a new kettlebell workout. I have several of your older ones and loved the length of the 40 min one.The wall sit in that one is killer to do. I also love doing your 10 min upper body kettlebell workout. Still trying to master the Romanian Deadlift one because I still don't have great balance. Working towards that though!

I just completed your total body strength workout and decided to do this as well. I have kettle bells but rarely use them and was surprised at how different certain exercises felt, vs doing them with dumbbells. I really enjoyed this! Thanks Marischa..

I used three different dumbbell weights for these (2kg - 4kg) - light compared to our emninent coach, but I have stiff and weak shoulders, so was careful not to overs-strain but to do the exercises well. Loved the workout and the format. Must get a (small, haha) kettlebell.
