Join me in this Kettlebell workout that will target your full body. Doing this workout improves the toning and strength of your muscles but will also improve your cardiovascular system at the same time. All the kettlebell exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints, so overuse injuries won’t happen too quickly.
As always, this workout includes a short warm up and cool down. And you will get that water break halfway through the workout.
