Follow me along and get a good walking workout in the comfort at home. This workout consists of walking exercises combined with a light weight. This helps to maintain and increase your cardiovascular condition, but also tones and strengthens your muscles at the same time. That makes it an ideal all-purpose workout.
This workout includes a warm up and cool down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.

I just did this workout again! I really like walking moves using light weights! It gets both light strength and cardio at the same time! Thank you so much Marischa! Have a wonderful day!

Thank you. Knee replacement 8 months ago, 70 years old and am very proud to tell you that I got through this entire workout. Thank you! I really enjoyed it and feel completely invigorated! Now I'm heading out for a casual bike ride.

I slowed the first two rounds down a lot and focused on form then hit the third round at speed for the cardio boost. I needed this today after coming back from being sick. I feel like all my posts have been like that since Aug. Wishing for you Marischa and all your followers a happy and healthy year in 2024 🎉
