"What others say and do is a projection of their own reality..." That quote you read today about not taking things personally was definitely what I needed. The treatment I received from a particularly nasty family member of a patient in the hospital where I work was starting to weigh on me this week. I've dealt with rude before, but for some reason this one was really bad. I kept fighting with myself not to take it personally, mostly because this family has been fighting this illness for a long time, and were in fact coming to grips with finally letting this person go. So this stretching class, and this quote -PERFECT combo to unwind from a somewhat stressful day. Thank you!

I am so enjoying these 90 days. I am feeling stronger and better in my own skin after having a traumatic brain injury over two years ago and having my entire life turned upside down. This is helping me beyond words. Thank you.

My brother had a stroke and a traumatic brain injury a few years ago and I know that it's really difficult to heal. He's still struggling because he doesn't take care of himself. I've been doing yoga for a number of years. I love this program, not because I want to rush through and wear it like a badge of honor, but that it provides a system and structure that makes me want to get on my mat every day! Gratitude....my intentions over the last 50+ days have focused on letting go, grounding, and balancing. The end of a very difficult divorce is in sight and I am certain that by practicing with you each morning and focusing on those intentions I have been able to make it through this difficult patch with more grace and peacefulness then I could have imagined. I did an intense workout yesterday and I have suddenly realised with this flow how tight my quads and hamstrings have gotten. I will have to do this one more and release my legs. Thank you

Dear Lesley, Thank you so much for this series. I've been a yogi on and off for 12 going on 13 years, and last year I basically didn't do yoga for 7 months. I was miserable. I am a longtime subscriber, and when your videos popped onto my feed earlier this year, they reminded of how good it was to do yoga. I am filled with joy now. 53 Days Later, and 83 Days with @Yoga With Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga, I am delighted to share that I'm learning so much about yoga, I'm regaining a lot of (inner and outer) strength, and I've shed 20 lbs. A few days ago, my intention was power and strength to my boyfriend who was having a very hard time finding a job. Yesterday we found out he is very likely to start working by the end of next week! I've never been very religious or spiritual, but I feel myself beginning to believe in the power of intention and positive energy. Patience and diligence are also big factors in the good we see in life, but positivity through the struggles has proved more helpful to my well-being than worry. My boyfriend has always known this and felt this way, but I'm the worrier of us two. I'm happy that I can find ways to bring my own happiness into my life. Yoga is one of those ways. Thank you, Lesley. Your RU-vid practices are what changed me into a Yogi. I think your goal of sending out positive energy to all beings everywhere is honestly working to do Good.

Recovering from hip injury so this stretch class is just what I need. Reminding myself it never matters how far you get into a pose. I like your pretty red pants.

You are so amazing, I can't thank you enough for how much you have helped me since I started this challenge. I've been feeling low and down all day and I didn't even feel like doing yoga but my fiancé convinced me, telling me that I always feel so much better after yoga, so I stepped on my mat after all. I now feel sooo much better, my mood is up and I feel like I can actually end my day in a happy spirit. Thank you Lesley for being so wonderful, I have recommended you to many of my friends, I really do hope they will find you as amazing as I do.

I had a kind of bad mood today with headache and negative vibrations during the day... but your class helped me to get rid of these feelings and relax a little at the end of the day. I see things differently now. Many thanks for your videos and positive thoughts!
I was ill for the last couple of days and am now slowly getting back to my everyday life. This flow helped a lot with feeling better in my body, being thankful for the strength I´m gaining back and especially with getting back to the 90 day challenge xx
Day 53 done! I just wanted to thank you for all your work. I really appreciate all the planning, video editing and effort you have put in all your videos and especially the effort put into this 90 yoga fix! I have seen so many improvements physically and socially(if I can call it that). Yoga never ceases to surprise me. I have been sick all week and too drained to do yoga-especially today- but I just felt The Lord calling me to just give it a try. Much to my surprise this practice has cleared some of my congestion and I feel more energized. Thank you so much for this. I really enjoy your recovery weeks😉👌.
It is so so so good to stretch ! Tomorrow night I'll go to a yin yoga class, I didn't do this for a long time but I love it, I really feel like I nurture my body with these slow sequences and it helps me to give love to my body (when everyday is not easy for me to love it ...). I enjoy these 90 days so much, it will be weird when it will be over ! Having a new video everyday, it's such a gift, thank you so much !

I love this week. It is easier but that's actually what I want in yoga. Slow but in a long time. I know it takes more time to have a flexible body but it make me more following yoga. Because when it is hard and I can not do it I loose motivation.
I've just come back from my morning 5K run and this was the best session to help me relax and stretch, thank you so much for all of the hard work that you and your team put into creating and sharing these videos!
