I’m glad you enjoyed the meditation Alexia ❤️ just so you know, the 40 minute version is the same meditation, only with a bit more space between the guidance. If you haven’t tried the vagus nerve meditation you should give that a try! And I’ll have another meditation for you in a week which will be different 😊
