❤Chibs I have recently subscribed to your channel and am so grateful to have found you. Absolutely love your calming voice and look forward to checking out your other videos. Bless you 🙏❤
Loved the meditation. Thank you Chibs. Did anyone else hear the nasal fluffers during the meditation? I thought they were mine, but realised they wasn't when I held my breath. 😅 Once you hear them it was hard to miss them.
Hi just found your channel, I don’t know if you will see or respond to my post as it’s a bit late, I’ve suffered with anxiety all my life due to childhood emotional trauma and I suffer with poor health, so is there anything that you can suggest to help with depression as well, I’ve tried all sorts of medication but they don’t help, anything you can suggest would be greatly appreciated, ❤
Hi Wendy, thank you for sharing your experience. I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been struggling for so long. I want to mention that I’m not an expert in depression specifically-my expertise is more in stress and burnout-but there’s definitely a lot of overlap in symptoms, especially in severe burnout. Alongside medication, practices like mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork can help calm the nervous system. You might also want to explore grounding exercises or guided meditations focused on emotional release and healing from trauma. I'll add a guided meditation for this on my list of meditations, but in the meantime, take care of yourself ❤
@@ChibsMeditation hi thank you for you kind response I really appreciate it. Keep up your good work. So many of us are in need of it, I’ve been in and out of various therapy and I just seem to get stuck in freeze childhood mode, and that’s how my brain seems to stay like , bless you for giving up your time to do this, therapy has cost me s fortune over the years, but I’ll keep persevering, bless you and stay safe 💕
Thank you for this guided body scan. Your attention to detail helps me to relax and to notice all parts of my body. This got me out of my head. I am more than my thoughts. So very helpful. Thank you.
Merci Chibs i just tuned in I added it to one of my playlist. I love the forest noises it does help 🙏 The disco nap is indeed very nourishing especially for neurons 😜

Need to keep doing them. When you get up in the morning, and before you go to sleep at night. If you have something happen in the middle of day just take a deep breath in and out slowly and feel where you’re holding that anxiety. Is it in your shoulders? Is it in your stomach? Be aware and then relax those parts. You keep doing this daily and overtime you will feel better. But you’ll still need therapy, a good one, to help release the trauma you’re hanging onto.
