❤ at 76 proud to say I was able to keep up with you. I also did my 3rd 5K Thanksgiving Day 6" of snow. I was able to speed walk since I was in snow boots and bibs😂😂😂 I thanked you many times for getting Me here.

I jogged and jogged and after a while my calves started paining.Lactic acid build up i think. So i did the fast walking till it stopped and continued to jog. Good session. Thank you.

When i saw jog, i thought i would not be able to do coz i m scared i might hurt my ankle, but I managed to finish the workout without a break. Thanks coach 😊
