This was such a beautiful sequence. I was able to practice a lot of it with closed eyes. I felt the prana and the fluid nature of my body. It felt like an infusion of life. I am so grateful for this practice today as I have been sad the last few days. Thank you so much Meghan.
Your in-person workshops had left an impression on me for how yoga can flow into a form verging on dance. Now looking for a practice to release my sacroiliac pain I found this and it's a perfect release for the SI joints

This class was so good! Challenging, but with your instructions and pacing, I always felt connected to my body and like I was pushing myself in a natural and connected way. I felt such a release and yummy internal heat after. Thank you!
I love how fluid and concentrated each movement and micro movement is. It is hard to find a teacher who really sinks in. I hope you post more soon. It has been a little while. I would love to incorporate more thought into the classes I teach once quarantine has lifted.

I love this class so much!! I am not super fit at the moment, so I do your practice until minute 17 or so (before you start with the airplane posture) until I get enough strength to do all of it!

I've been subscribed to you for years. Your videos back in 2010 were what really got me into yoga when I really needed it. University happened then and I stopped practicing as much and then eventually pretty much not at all. Now my body has very little experience with yoga again even though I've been practicing fairly consistently for the last few months, but I thought I'd give this video a try. It's definitely way too advanced for me at the moment. I only made it 20 minutes through before just going continuously into downward dog, child's pose, chaturanga, and lunges over and over again. I tried the one legged thing, but I'm definitely not strong or flexible enough for that at the moment. I really hope someday I build the strength, flexibility, and body control to be able to complete this video as it was meant and to do it without struggling too much or forgetting to breathe. Either way, thank you so much for this video. It's a challenge I can now look forward to and I'm glad I attempted it. Please make more videos like this, though some more beginner-style ones would greatly be appreciated too. Thank you so much!

This is an amazing practice, right at the limits of my yoga practice (so far!). It leaves me shaking and rather than the last chaturanga I often just belly flop to the ground! I wanna do it daily until I find it easy!
Wonder full flow , The second I do with you today Amazing,,I watched it a little before beginning and just tried it ,the result is that the sound of your voice plus the music behind just helped me to go in rhythm. This really kicked my butt at the end cuz my arms had did all they wanted to do lol. I did finish with some modifications, but I did finish! The energy and circulation in my body right now is quite amazing! So I will keep practicing this flow cuz I loved the challenge.

I am so happy to finally do yoga with one of your videos! My first year in yoga I watch one of your timelapses, and ever since I've wished for you to post a class
