This workout was good. At 54 I was able to keep up while using my weights..I did modify for the jumping jacks part though but I am going to build up to it. Thank you again Ms. Tiffany for your workouts continued blessings to you.

Love this workout!! I'm just getting back to working out regularly again. I was able to keep up and sweat!! I'm 59 yrs old and I have knee issues. Great music also!!! Thank you so much!!

I have been following you for about two weeks and my stamina and steps have increased substantially. I have been working out twice a day for thirty minutes increasing my steps from 5000 to more than 10000 a day and my miles from 3 to 5. I am 65 y/o and a cancer survivor . I recently found out that I have to have more surgery. But I must say I have not felt this good in a while since I started working out with you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 😊

Hi Tiffany. I enjoy all your videos, I love the way you give us choices, option 1, option 2, sometimes option 3 ☺️. I was looking for a video with light weights and ran across this one. I’m 67 years old and I have problems with my left shoulder and upper arm. I really enjoyed this video, my shoulder and arm felt great after I completed this workout session. Great workout! Love the different options to make the moves more challenging and the next move preview was a great addition. Another addition I would love to see would be a countdown clock. Keep up the great work - love working out with you!

One of the best walking videos I've done. It was gentle enough for pregnancy but had me sweating and feeling like I was getting a good workout especially in my arms.

I love all of your workouts. Have recommended you to 2 friends and my daughter. Enjoyed format of this video, and your energy is amazing. What I also appreciate is that you do not feel the need to talk every second like some other walking programs!!! Would you consider doing something with bands? I need a lot of band stretching, per PT and it would be helpful to do it with you!!! Thanks for all that you do to keep us fit.

I just finished this. It felt So great. I was just diagnosed with Bursitis in my right rotator cuff -and used two pound weights, (after I applied the recommended cream by my Orthopedic surgeon). He also gave me an injection. 🤪 Thanks for your upbeat and motivating personality, plus great music. I Love your workouts! I can modify them for my Age of 70!! Lol.
