I agree, i love my 30 minutes in the mornings but not alway can dedicate more without being late to work or cutting more into my sleep. Warm up and stretch additions built-in will be nice.

I like it but I stay with your old one. I worked out with you for 2 and half years every day with pleasure and lost 40 lbs. Now I just maintain my weight. I still love all old exercises. They are more cozy, and I feel like you are exercising with me in a hommy atmosphere. Something about your new place is cold and strange for me. I can't relax, and I get funny feelings (creepy). Something is missing there, I see it, I feel it. Even music is not making me comfortable. Probably it is something wrong with me, but it is how I feel about it. Thank you for your wonderful work. 🎉🎉🎉 ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS !!! I've been doing your workouts for years and love them soooo much !! I lost 20 pounds ( phew, not easy in the 50s). I started jogging again, which caused a ton of painful injuries ...I got depressed and ate like it and gained 20 back...So here I am again. This vid makes me feel like I can get healthy again and stay that way. I realize my joints need low impact, and this is perfect for me. I got nice and sweaty but my my joints don't hurt. These vid has great ballerina positioning to protect knees and joints. I love you Shelly, you always look so beautiful ! I LOVED the music in this ! So happy to find this video. I am 80 years young and exercise at home. I can't wait to add this to my agenda. I take a thyroid pill when I wake in the morning and wait for one hour to eat breakfast. I will start this walk video after my Scripture Rosary on RU-vid and the walk will be perfect for circulation, balance, and flexibility. Aging can be so refreshing when you take care of your body and your soul. Meet y'all in my home gym.
@msscorpio3889 I'm on thyroid meds but only the lowest dose. I tripped twice last year and had no broken bones. I try to go for a long walk every day. I take vit d3 + k3 and magnesium citrate to help me sleep and that's it. If you are really worried you should talk to your doctor.
WOW! As a beginner when it comes to moving I was a little worried, but I did it! I kept up and yes everything is better now... I will definitely be back!
I'm so glad I found your channel and especially your 30 minutes walking exercises! I'm 54 and I find your workouts ideal, active enough to for me to manage while being challenged, but not so vigorous as to leave me exhausted, a perfect balance really. I've only been doing them for a couple of weeks now but I'm already starting to feel fitter and toned, I can't wait to see where I'll be in a few months! But best of all, I do your workout soon after I get up in the morning, and I'm feeling great, so energized and motivated as I go ahead with the rest of my day! Thank you! ☺🧡

Thank YOU, thank you, thank you for doing these work outs. I'm 54 and overweight. I've had 2 knee replacements and one of them went poorly. I can do these work outs without hurting my bad knee worse. I still get my heart rate up and believe I'm strengthening some muscles too. I can't thank you enough!!! : )

I used to be childcare provider, chased two year old children. Now I am retired. ❤First time doing this, I worked up a sweat! My medications make me tired, not sleepy and give me heartburn. I feel like this can give me a workout and not be lazy. I’ll be 59 soon.❤️
Recovering from back surgery and I'm so out of shape. I absolutely love these walking workouts that you do. You help me ease back into exercising, while at the same time challenging every muscle in my body. This was my first time for this one and as usual I loved it! I usually do the shorter ones - I’m 76 but I had some extra time and I thought why not try it- I think 20 minutes would be perfect but I made it and I think i am getting stronger all the time, thank you Shellea, Buddy was really good in this one but wished he was on more, I just love watching him
OMGoodness Schellea! - This workout is Fantastic! Made me think..where the blippity-blip was I 4mos. ago because I missed this one coming out (then I looked at my feet and my little fuzzface named Onyx - a 6mo. Bl. Lab. Took her a while to allow me to workout without booting her across the room - like Buddy - she's fine now :). Anything starting out with FatBoySlim will put a smile on my face, but the whole workout did the same thing . I love the mind workout too with the double taps and combo punching. I love The powerful Music in this workout it motivates you even more…there was some other one it was very good workout but maybe the music did not fit so much so I had. SO LOVED THIS WORKOUT. I MUST ADMIT. IT WAS A TAD BIT CHALLENGING BUT DOABLE 😊 I MOSTLY DO STRENGTH TRAINING ABS AND CORE WITH ANOTHER COACH SINCE THE PANDEMIC. HOWEVER, HE DOES THE SAME MOVES ALL THE TIME, ALTHOUGH IT DOES HELP, AND I DO SEE A GREAT DIFFERENCE. THIS WORKOUT WAS MORE ON THE AEROBIC SIDE, AND I LOVED IT. I USED TO DO AEROBICS ALL THE TIME AND SWITCHED OVER TO DUMBELLS WORKOUT BECAUSE I WANT NICE BICEPS AND TIGHTENED UP MY TRICEPS FROM MY WEIGHT LOSS. YOU ARE AMAZING ❤

Wow! Having been with you for over a year and half now, I sometimes look for something more challenging and usually go to the 30 min. HIIT you do with Andressa. Thanks to you, my endurance and pace are somewhere in the middle, so I do what you do and if I can, I follow her. I found this one today and it's such a great challenge. I liked the work out I'm. 59 with a bad knee i stood up for most of the work the first round... but the second round I had to sit down... I wanted to know if you had knee friendly workouts? I love your energy God bless and. Keep encouraging us
