Omg! I loved this workout! It went by so fast and was so much fun! I also liked that afterwards she suggested a video for abdominals and then finishing with stretches. She is so encouraging I think I can keep this up. I am 54 and need to get healthy. I feel fabulous! I ❤ her!

I quit exercising over the fall for many reasons and just started back up a couple weeks ago doing one of you 15 minute routines a few times a week. Today I tried this one and was happy to get through the entire routine! I’m 76 and feeling great!

This is my first time visiting Schellea's page and I just loved the workout. I have a bad back after years of hard-core working out. Nearing 50, I can no longer do that to my body anymore. This was fantastic and I can't wait to incorporate her in my wellness journey.

I praise God for you. FINALLY, a workout I love and look forward to doing each day! You get me! You know what works for me and you don’t even know me! Lol. That’s our Heavenly Father for ya! I have done this workout twice this week and I am loving it! I retired from the Air Force and I am enrolled in the MOVE - Weight Management Program at the Veteran's Hospital. This workout is helping me on my weight loss journey. I have recommended it to everyone I know! I feel so amazing after finishing it.

Shellea! I have been in a frump and was feeling very unfit and tired . I have always been an active person so this was troubling . Plus I retired and the covid kept people separated . I started walking a month ago with a trainer on RU-vid and it helped get me up and active but I wasn’t feeling like it was enough - Then I found YOU . Your short routines are so fun and effective and they don’t require so much time that I can rationalize out of them . Your beautiful smile and positive encouragement make your routines total winners . Yesterday I did a 30 min workout , today a 15 , then abs and then the batwing one . After 2 wks I am already seeing and feeling a difference and your guidance and the timing on screen really make your videos winners . God Bless you 🌹❤️🌹

Thanks! Great workout! It has a good variety of exercises, and it's a little challenging but doable. My only minor criticism is that it's sometimes too bouncy-if I ever was bouncy, it was long ago. I really appreciate the closed captioning.

I am turning 60 this year actually in 6 weeks and I'm trying to drop 20 pounds I am overweight and need to do this for my health and make me feel better. This is the 1st time I did your workout and I really enjoyed it I have been walking 2 to 3 miles daily but it's hot here in Arizona in the US. So I thought I'd give this a try I will be joining you in the morning again and we'll look at other videos you have thank you so much I you so much I got through the whole thing without stopping .

Absolutely positively loved doing this exercise with you, have a mass of multiple fibroids the size of full term pregnancy awaiting surgery & being treated with synthetic hormone implant to shrink so going thru an aggressive menopause & I feel so good that I could complete this workout, thankyou so much for your generosity in sharing & caring.

Hi Schellea! This is the BEST 30 minute walk workout you have ever created! Love, love, love! I so enjoy being able to do effective workouts in the safety and comfort of my own home. I feel like a "11". I haven't been able to move hardly at all since December 23rd when I suffered a severe bout of VERTIGO...Have been in REHAB just to be able to learn how to WALK again...I only turned 62 in February and was a Collegiate GYMNAST...this is a very difficult recovery for me...I'm not ready to live like this...so today, I decided to turn on SCHELLEA...and boy am I SO HAPPY I DID...I had to hold on to my fridge a few times...but I made it through...Thank You, Shellea for what you are doing for all of us!!! Schellea is a miracle worker! I have never in my life before said 'This day has been a mess. Think I'll exercize as a pick me up". I did today for the first time using this video. I feel 100% better. Yay!!!! :)

Thank you! This was a great lunchtime workout after sitting at a desk all morning !! The ads were a little annoying as you have to wait a few times for them to finish in the middle of the workout.

Love this workout. I stopped going to the gym because of Covid and my neighbour recommended doing your exercises. I am so grateful she did .. I absolutely love your workouts.

I have metastatic breast cancer. My meds made me so tired and I haven’t exercised in forever. I was feeling so bad about it. and I actually finished this. Thankyou for inspiring me

Recovering from Hip op. Did the warm up followed by this. I did most of it. I have a 7 week goal to loose weight before my summer holiday!

Another great work out after sitting at my desk all day. I added the mini trampoline and 2 pound weights. I tell myself that I can do anything for 20 minutes and at the 20 minute mark I tell myself that I can do anything for 10 minutes. It works like a charm.

LOVE these workouts. I'm 75. I have been doing the 30 minute workouts for the last few day. Glad to be a little (not much) sore. It reminds my I am alive.

Actually, I was fighting a bit with myself if I just relax but then I grabbed my laptop and started. Ticked all the boxes :-) It was extra hard not sitting on the terrace enjoying the sun with a glass of wine instead. Warm summer evenings are not guaranteed in Germany. So I gave myself a gold medal today 🙂

This is my absolute fav. Love the 40/20, I feel thosel few extra seconds really targets those areas. Ive started incorpering weights as well. Love love love Shellea

I absolutely Loved, loved, loved this workout!! Your pace was perfect for me- challenging enough to break a light sweat, And so much fun. I especially loved the squat double arms forward and overhead exercise- so Empowering i-t made me smile with joy.
