so simple but so meaningful, first time working out in a very long time and I completely enjoyed every step, I was smiling throughout the video, it was so fun! you just changed my life, this was therapeutic for me, I forgot all the worries in the world, for 30 minutes, I felt like the young me version (free and happy) not to forget that was a great workout!!!! I am dripping of sweat and I did not feel tired it was perfect, going to implement this to my OMAD/alternate fasting. BLESS YOU

I just discovered this video a few days ago. I’ve gone through it 4 times now and I love it! Everything from your sweet smile to the songs, to the outdoors. Also you can keep a beat, hallelujah! I’ve watched a lot of independent instructors who drive me mad because they aren’t on beat and it throws me off 😂 thank you for being such a great instructor!
