Thanks so much, Ms Paula. I've never been happier alternating with 1) 30 Minute Ballroom Dance Basics 2) Walk & Groove for Seniors & 3) Just Dance Light for Seniors for some few months now. And I feel that I shd add this Just Dance Light for Seniors #2 to my repertoire. It's super-fun & exhilarating, too! For health reasons & recently turned 67, I really need to adhere to your enjoyable simple/basic light dance movements. Forever grateful!
Love this class! Different dances keep it exciting and challenging. It is never boring and you forget you are exercising because you're having too much fun!

This is one of the first of Paula's videos that I saw and I still enjoy it and get a good workout with it. One thing that impresses me with Paula is the grace with which she does all her moves. No attempts to be overly sexy! I appreciate that.

Walk and groove is easy to follow. I am 70 y o. Is it fit for my age? No hard breathing. I also follow Jenny Mclendon, but i think i prefer this 31 minute workout.
