Many moons ago I have asked you about this build and you said it didn't work in higher keys. I'm happy you're starting to see the light! Eventhough I haven't gotten past 28 yet, the build just works way better for me than the regular CH build at least.
I think it can work in high keys as well, but it’s a build that requires more attention to your setup and your ability to identify AOE damage events. Playing around pwave+cloudburst is what makes this build work and if you fall behind you can easily let someone die. Both builds work in high keys 😁
Also this build was a lot more hefty and reliable last season with the previous tierset. The breakdown this time around is more different (more riptide reliant)
@@lareneu Yeah fair enough. I also like switching cloudburst for healing stream sometimes since you can pop up to 4 at the same time. The passive healing basically covers all the group damage so that you can always spot heal whatever you need to. I mostly get by with 2-3 HST though. Not a huge fan of taking the extra talent point for a 4th.
CH is definitely easier to play. This build is more punishing as you need to have a proper setup to play around Primordial Wave as a reliable healing cooldown
Thanks! The mob in 15:35 before Morchie casts Millenium Aid on a nearby ally. If the shield is not broken or purged, it ticks heavy AOE damage that can kill your whole group in one or two globals
It performs best in coordinated groups imo. Can be a punishing build. I don't have it anymore but I we +2 a 30 AD today and here's the breakdown of the same build. Give or take because they're different dungeons, but this is what you should expect from it imgur.com/a/949TsMg
Has some pros compared to a CH focused build like more ST healing and a bit more mana efficient. Cons would have to be you’re punished if you don’t have a proper setup beforehand in heavy AOE damage events. Outside of that the build does pretty fine
