Nah he's not complete, he still has a serious stamina issue. Particularly the 7-10 round area. He took that off against Jacobs and GGG and got hurt because that's where his defense gets sloppy. Honestly if he could even maintain a steady pace in that area he's be P4P hands down. Right now the three that stand out are Canelo, Loma and Crawford.
