Chris is a major inspiration guys but let's not forget, Chris has been living this life as a teenager and he's now in his late 30s still going in! Don't feel like you have to go crazy or anything... He's only giving us the blueprint to take things from and create our own journey. Cater your goals to what you're trying to do. Thanks, Chris!
@@healthyhabits3406 Been a long time sub. I get what you’re saying. I’m speaking to the average Joe or Jane though who may can’t access a gym or has a whole family to care for. It’s not that easy.
We was the same weight at 212 in Jan. I'm 194 today. You got me by about 10#. Giving myself all April to hit mid 180's. A realistic goal for me. Always look up to you Beastmode 💯
What's your plan ? Fill us in on how your cardio will go. And type of weightlifting you will do. I wanted Chris to be more specific about the 30lbs he lost..how he did it exactly.
@@FaLL-Edition52 he’s got tons of videos where he does this. It’s the same thing he’s always done. Lifts heavy enough but is now very focused on control and form. He does cardio in his vlogs usually in the morning but it’s seems like he does cardio less frequently than he used to but as muscular as he is, he doesn’t need it as much.
Bro I’m there with you. I was 280 in January I’m 250 now. Stay focused and realize you can enjoy the foods later when you’ve developed the discipline. It gets hard but you gotta be real with yourself and keep pushing
@Mr. Bear I hear ya. But as quick as he lost the 30 lbs, he had to have done, say for instance : Incline Treadmill..or an hour on the bike. Some particular cardio or certain combination of weights and cardio ( stairclimber) must have Excellerated this weight loss. That's why I put the word," Specific"
Basic universal principles. I bulk and cut just like him. I implement high volume and make sure I get protein everyday and eat around 3k-4K calories then cut
@@DMRCapitalHill we accept you. I promise. It's going to be alright. Nothing more annoying than a grown man who talks about his diet or work outs. That sh.. is so cringe. I learned very early that pushes people away. Nobody cares.
Thanks for everything you do bro 🙏 been outta the gym about 5 years to date , up to my largest wieght 270.3 , started back in the gym 3 weeks ago 💪 thanks for still being here crushing it !!!!
I've always been so impressed by your cutting. Ever since the PoG days. You're channel opened up eyes on bulking and cutting and what it actually takes. Learned a lot. Didn't even know it was a thing back then.
Happy Early Birthday Bro 😎 🎉 Keep killing it man. Been watching you for years brother. Love your mental and physical transformation… Definitely inspiring fam 💯💯💯
That's crazy I just watched the video when Denise told him he needs to lose weight. And all of a sudden "BAM" dude is freaking shredded that's crazy . I still got 2 months to go thanks Chris for inspiration
Lol as soon as I heard that beat I heard boosie voice “ no tears today, only kisses and hugs, for killas and thugs, who’s missing with pistols and thugs, “
I was cutting for 6 solid months and lost 44 pounds. No cheats at all. Had one cheat and haven’t been able to get back on track ever since 😢Hopefully this video helps 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
When you get back on track, you might find it more practical to incorporate cheat meals into your plan so that you don’t go over the edge when you finally start getting chest meals in. Or you could incorporate an iifym approach.
Talk that Talk Brother. Looking good as always. It is a blessing to be an expert at your own body and know how to get a crazy physique at any age/time in your Life. Much Love Brother and Blessings to you and the family.
