30 second lesson: Descending Devastator from Yngwie Malmsteen’s “Far Beyond the Sun” 

For those of you who’d like to lay your pick on every note of this showstopper, made the minor third leap on the high E string (between frets 13 &10) to set up an upstroke to connect the B string. From there, it’s three notes per string city!
Malmsteen has a brilliant descending approach wherein he does not pick every note. This is NOT arranged to play it “just like Yngwie”. Same notes, different approach.
