30 signs that you’re a highly sensitive person - Signs of HSP. They say that around 10 percent of all people are highly sensitive. After watching this video, you will know whether or not you are one of them! In this video I talk about 30 signs that you’re a highly sensitive person, or HSP in short.
When I found out I was an HSP, it was such an eyeopener. It made me understand myself a lot better. I think being HSP is a talent, and no one should think they need to toughen up to be able to keep up with society. It has it’s challenges, but I wouldn’t change the way I am for anything!
