Your videos/tips are amazing✨ I would prefer the tips, just a few at a time though, to be able to recall them better. So perhaps, no more than 10/video & maybe a part II video. Just an idea, and again, truly awesome videos👍👍
That’s not realistic. Ex. you get new windows for your home & they cost 30,000.00 it is not realistic to believe that the average person would have 300k saved.
@@gardenview75mj7 new windows isn't a need to survive either though, a lot of old windows still have a lot of life or with the right tools, can be worked with( you could also do it at slower rate). All about your priorities, if you don't have way more than that amount saved, you will be setting yourself back greatly...
This is good advice. I also check my receipts before leaving the store. The one time I did not I got charged twice for eggs. Best believe I went back the next day and got my money. 💰👈🏾 Mistakes like that add up.
Now THIS is essential! Pay yourself first!! I love to save and budget. And yes I def got a gel manicure set to save money! I also got a waxing set . No more expensive gel manicures or Brazilians waxes! Period. Please More of these videos. Especially credit building or investing in stocks.

I'm taking notes ✍️📑... I agree having options makes things easier for me. I do weekly budgets and monthly reviews. Giiirrrlll😌 sometimes my little "fun" expenditure gets too much and I have to cut back. If I didn't have a budget planner I wouldn't realize this. So yaaaassss, what you say works.
I know this video is 9 months old so I hope you see this. I have owned my home for 11yrs, single woman. 1. Follow her tips for saving money. Underwriters want to see you have a reserve of $. 2. What is your lifestyle? Do you see yourself living in your city/town in the next 5 years? 3. Know what's on your credit report and pay ALL of your bills on time. I was asked for credit reference letters from 2 companies that DID NOT report to the bureaus. 4. Examine your debt to income ratio, it has to be in a certain range for FHA vs Conventional loans. 5. Don't pay people to "fix" your credit, it's a waste of money. There is no quick fix to increase your score. It took me 9 months and my mortgage broker told me what they wanted to pay.
Love the Video I do pretty much everything you described and having savings is a great thing to have you never know when an emergency will occur and you need money for it....I love to shop at thrift stores and the clearance section in other stores to save money my last thrift trip I found Cartier bangles and a beautiful watch set all three for $9.99 and I rock my dupe w/no shame lol:) I don't have 50k yet but will keep pressing toward that and beyond :) We do have to lead by example as parents , I have a 25 year old daughter and she has learned from me and is following in my footsteps and she has saved over $5,000 it can be done she is saving toward getting her first house :) She is very frugal like me..... Just about everything U discuss in the video I do 2 save money. Also just purchase a brand new car & refused 2 pay a $300 or $400 car payment & my car insurance is reasonable for two cars paying $59 liability on one & $64 full coverage on new car for 8 months. Thk U 4 sharing.😀

I love this video and how informative it is. I have been sensing that I need to save more money but just wouldn't do it. Like you said I was used to buying things at your major box stores but now since watching this video I have absolutely no reason not to save money. I have no kids so basically I'm responsible for myself only which gives me no excuse not to save money!!! So thanks for the tips on different ways to make extra money as well.

Whoa! Why doesn't your monthly bills contain a spot for medical bills??? This is why ppl act like medical costs too much bc they never budget for it so the bill pops up on them and is scary. Then, they think they can't afford it and neglect their health and the bill actually does up bc the health gets worse.
