I've watched other videos and none of them showed the release of the upper control arm, if you try to remove the strut without doing that, you cannot get the strut out, the geometry is such that you can spent the entire day trying to pry the strut out, and I know, cause I just did it. The hammer strike to the upper control to release it, great trick. I'll go back out there and finish up tomorrow. Thanks.

What if I tightened the bottom nuts before the top? Stripped one of the 3 and wondering do i need to loosen the bottom before torque the top? Thanks

I purchased monroe strut but the nut wasn't welded on the replacements.

What type of strut's did you buy dor the replacements
