BSNL land line wire have DC voltage. But EB line have AC power. Eb power is help to work the any device. But not passing the internet inside of the wire. Bsnl is telecommunication, but EB is not telecommunications. It is a power energy. It helps to all kind of device to-do work.

for cctv these adapters are waste, nowadays all cameras get power supply from CAT cable itself so if u run a CAT cable from NVR to Camera it will work if electricity cut is also there and there is single UPS powering the NVR. If you use such adapters then you have to give powerbackup to such adapters also. And there is no harm in using wifi when it does the work. This can be used wherein wifi signals dont come or you need internet in basement or terrace which is far from Wifi Hotspot
