This should happen every 6-ish years instead of scrapping and getting new buses.

The O405G Mercedes Hispano Habit is one of the last bendy buses to not have a wheelchair accessible area. One thing I like about the Hispano Habit, is it's engine. It's engine is really good compared to modern bendy buses today. Although the engine was loud and noisy, It's one of the strongest out off all. I love the Hispano Habit. It would be very sad when the buses hit retirement and scrap. They should keep some of the buses as memories.

Nope, and some of them were extended for 1 year. cos there is no more other bus.

How long the O405 series (inclding the O405G) will live on. Most of the O405s are scrapped and these are the last examples of the O405 left in Singapore.

joseph modhu and here in Valladolid,Spain we have some Castrosua CS40 and they could refurbish them but the only thing I would add is a wheelchair ramp

Andrew Sebastian the interior is completely redone, with a new white colour scheme instead of the old blue. The exterior is also repainted.

Ohh so basicly it's a refreshment for the bus's looks? Are there no mechanics or electrics changed in the bus?

Andrew Sebastian that I'm not too sure. Mechanically the buses sometimes do feel slightly different after refurbishment, although I can't confirm if that's due to any mechanical parts being replaced.
