What's the name of the damper and where can i purchase it

Hello, what's the diameter size of damper bracket on the stem of the scooter?

I purchased one off the zon doo site specifically for the meta moov zo08 and it was sent with all the wrong screw sizes. The screws that should have been short were long and the screws that should have been long were short. I had to purchase the correct sizes. Once I did that the dampener WORKS GREAT.
