@SantigamingYTSanti I am a young adult. I bulked the correct way to about 300lb. My strength over time and the amount of weight that I could push suddenly increased slowly but steadily. All of a sudden, adding strength every month was something that just happened, and I didn't need to think about conscientiously. Once I cut down because I didnt want to be 300lb anymore. My default weight due to the extra muscle was about 265lb. It was 240lb before the bulk. It's all physics really...
I’m sorry I shouldn’t be talking shit because I’m short too but it just looked so funny to see that short dude run over there to hold the weight mf looked like an Oompa Loompa🤣
These dudes are called INFLUENCERS for a reason.....I really hope no young kids go to their high-school gym, dad's gym in the garage or anywhere unsupervised and try this ....serious injury could happen.
This is WAY more impressive then, thinking it would = 600lbs if he used both arms, its absolutely nuts if u know anything about lifting or attempting lifts with one arm
Incline is easier if you have a longer torso because of more mass driving down into the bench and into the floor . Where as flat bench you have no longitudinal force to drive into the ground hence lifters arch their back to give themselves an advantage to drive into the ground
He’s a powerlifter not a bodybuilder lol, him getting shredded will have no benefit to him other than visual appeal, he is trying to chase the world record raw bench press, what shredded dude has ever held any sort of static strength record. Sure Larry is an anomaly, dude is incredibly strong while being shredded but the majority carry a lot of body fat to perform at an optimal level.
If i have body like him buth i can't because off eating and getting to much sugar in my body then. Or else i can eat more than 10 times daily to become very strong. His arms are bigger than my legs😅
