A very informative and literate interview. But there is only 1 concern here, I think your questions are unnecesarly Long and in some intances they turn to lose context. If you may consider shortening your questions and making them clear that would really be a brilliant way to conduct such interviews. Many people find themselves in situations where choices are limited, or most choices are what you will not choose if you had an alternative. I think it is amazing when people find opportunities in adversity and then grow positively from that. I admire people that can do that and help those that struggle with it in the organisations we work with.
