U r correct Hon'ble Supreme court should not have binded the Parliament,now the govt has passed the bills like EC,JK bill first in rajya Sabha and if it is not passed in LS,a joint session will be needed when the new govt is formed and since the ruling party has majority in RS they will still continue to rule,white against white in chess!
Greetings of the day Sir, it would be great if you can speak on role of media in different time of history & how dangerous they can be…..current status of Indian media & danger it poses to the rule of law by making altogether different philosophies as ‘common sense’ where law as social contract will not be of any value as second party of contract ie people will be on different value system…How it should be governed effectively as self regulation etc can’t be relied upon for a institution that is the ‘most imp among all’ because what sane mind says or dictate will reach to the masses only by them..what if they block, distort…

As far as the episode on Kerala Governor one must think of what kind of bills forwarded to him for his assent. Plz refer to it .I dont think that all legislative intentions are fair and just .
Article 370 remained illegally for more than 70 years despite dissolution of Constitution Assembly (J & K) And because of that the entire Nation along with erstwhile J and K sufffered economically, politically and obviously at the cost of Human life Still, Mr. Nariman A genuine question with greatest respect that do we have to cry for a State turning in a union teritory and no election held for just 5 years? What about peaceful atmosphere (without bloodshed) maintained?
India is a paradox. On the one hand we have people of brains and the other hand the country is sliding into fascism. One wonders what is the use of having such stalwarts. Of course they can give long enlightening lectures and make people listen to them in rapt attention. Pretty much the same self styled gurus do. Talk out to crowds when the country is going to dogs. Discourses are waste of time in present india. Please tell them how to salvage the country, not what is wrong with it which everyone knows.
