31/5/21 - Bank Holiday coffee adventure with Dad [CC] 

Different kind of post. I want to vlog more special days to look back on and smile about and to remind me about days like this because life is so precious and I don’t get many days like this because of my health. It was so lovely to spend time with my Dad, treat myself to a coffee and enjoy the sunshine. Yes it was exhausting and I really struggled after for a few days and that’s the nature of my illnesses but I’ve always said to myself that I’d rather feel rubbish for doing something enjoyable than having a symptom flare up for no reason. Yes it does take a few days of rest and planning to leave the house but I can’t change the situation I’m in with my health so I’ve just got to embrace life and treasure special moments and I’m so glad that I have this video to look back on.
