31 greyhounds injured - August 20th 2016 

@NattieChristopher Do you reckon we should stop taking our pets to the park and throwing sticks for them? Do you think we should stop launching balls from plastic launchers as they chase and catch these balls? Do you reckon we should stop feeding bones to our pets? Should we stop exercising our pets in the snow or rain? These are all every day situation we take for granted greyhound racing is no different? Believe me all pets get injuries just the same………..is your pet “forced to chase that ball”?

@NattieChristopher You don’t get it do you? Or you just don’t want to debate? A greyhound is put into a trap to race (makes it a level playing field ) A Labrador fetches a stick thrown by its owner, a Collie chases and catches a ball. They all have one thing in common, they sometimes get hurt whilst doing these things…….not intentionally, why would we want to hurt our animals. My point is greyhounds are just like Labradors and Collies…..do you think we should STOP throwing sticks and balls for dogs because many get injured by doing so?
