I like how you literally looked straight at your phar during her ult just in case. Weaver just needs a small amount of damage. That’s all. His kit keeps everyone alive pretty well.
I’ve noticed you keep your eye on who’s going to get hurt, but isn’t already, then heal them, so that by the time it reaches them, they’ve been injured and need healing, which is so genius. Obviously, you also heal already hurt.
Yeah I can understand you. Tbh rank inflation hits game pretty hard and gm5 is closer to gold then gm1/top500. DPS there have usually good aim but are totaly braindead.
What I love about life weaver is he can provide burst healing like Ana but without missing shots. Of course her heals per second are superior but still being able to burst with no risk from far away is nice.
He is better cause his heal is "unblockable": Yes, when flower goes throught the shield it will be destroyed, but u can flick your mouse when you sending heal and it will curve its way. So you can go even under that shield.
If his healing was just a little faster he could be a very strong hero, only problem is when tank is super weak or a lot of healing is needed you have to spend so long getting everyone back that can barely do any damage. His damage and abilities are actually really good you just don’t get to use it as much as you’d like.
Any time you stop charging heals to do damage it takes a full second and a half to swap back to healing and then charge the heal and your teammate is already dead by then it just feels risky to ever try to do damage unless your team is dominating the team fight already
I feel like playing support especially lifeweaver is like the accountant for the team and when you play like the genji in this game after the game is over you look at the the supports and they're passed because you were spending way beyond your limit 😂
I think u could’ve saved ramatra at 22:54 but that was a stressful situation add to that why would u sit on cart I think u dont trust your team to not c9 😅 anyway great performance glad to see people play this character and not just me🤣
Lifeweaver can heal from a long range, while moira can’t, and the tank and dps are needed to be able to put damage into the enemy team more up front so i think lifeweaver was actually the best at sitting on cart in that team comp
It would have been a game of luck to save the Ramattra, who had just gotten slept and was thus very vulnerable to the Deadeye. And it looked pretty tough for the Lifeweaver to get into position to do that; with the Deadeye active, he had to strafe out of and back into the cover of the cart to continue healing the Ramattra, and if you look at the timing of his strafe compared to the timing of the sleep, he likely would have died to the Deadeye if he’d stayed out long enough to press E on his Ramattra. I’m not saying it was impossible, though; I just think it was very unlikely to happen.
If I may advise you: Play Moira in low ranks (till diamond), Life weaver is cool, but he is like Mercy. When your teammates are trash (or have just bad game) u have no powers to lift your team up like other supps. As Moira you can kill some1 and turn momentum of fights, but as LW u have almost no power. Moira, Brig, Mercy and Lifeweaver demands more tanctical abilities and cd knoligde and managment. These supps more about your head and not about your mecahnical skill like the others.
Well I dont understand thai but I really trust that he is drama queen, but not really. Fits perfectly to his personality like being "troll" drama queen in my opinion.
the first two minutes of this video is exactly why i dont play this hero, no matter how much you heal, the awkward charge up time plus the travel time for it to hit someone is just too much to sustain more then one target especially if youre being outdamaged. Its either spam small amounts of healing blossoms faster or take extra time to full charge and in that time they could die, and in that case you try to change targets who are now also one shot because it took so long to heal someone else and boom now they unalived too Xd like.... Then you look at the scoreboard after first round and think wow i did a lot of healing BUT you realized everyone has like 10 deaths lmao XD cause yeah babe you were healing but it wasnt necessarily keeping anyone alive just constantly one shot lmao
@@vengeance22113 I've experienced it with a "main heals" support as well, moira for example or ana, if they are distracted or healing other targets, the target lw is trying to heal is more likely to die everytime. As well as the lackluster ult being used, very easy to still team wipe even with everyone in the trees aoe. Thats the issue im trying point out, the one target is already a con but the difference is that mercy at least can instantly disconnect and fly to another target and have a steady flow a healing instantly though it wont outheal everything its more likely to keep someone alive and when she pops ult it feels more effective. With lifeweaver there is a charge up for the higher stat of heals, travel time for blossom to hit target, reloads, dmg seems useless to use 90% of the time and the animation between blossom and thorn is weird and clucky even after the change. Id much rather have or use a single target support like mercy then lw anyday. But your point also was the two single target supports, which i agree your comp was part of the problem which isn't LW fault per say, my issue is that if the hero still feels less viable and sustainable for the team then literally every other support, even those who are truely supports not heals like zen but even zen has a more useful ult if that makes sense?
Playing Lifeweaver makes you see how people dont fucking know when to disengage. Its at the same time hilarious and infuriating to watch plenty of morons standing in the fire and feeding, believing they're invincible or i dunno what the everloving fuck they are thinking. Next thing you know, they'll blame the Support i guess. Same old, same old xD
A perfect world is a perfect prison. You could have done more damage if there's nothing to do since thorn volley has no falloff and if Mercy poped Valk and she is on the healing side you can afford to dps a bit. Also it charges tree faster
Lifeweaver can’t do damage, maybe for defend himself but if u put ur gun out ur straight up trolling, his gun has a big delay on projectile, also doesn’t do enought damage on body shot to kill anybody really
I dunno. You played some parts well, but calling yourself "God" is a drastic overstatement. Got me to click on the video though, so I guess it worked. What could be better, if you or anyone else watching the video cares: 1. You keep healing the wrong allies. E.g. switching to healing Zarya when she was at like 80% HP and already healed by mercy and then letting your cas die. Your zarya would have survived without you, the cas not. 2. You healbot too much and dont use the weapon often. 3. You dont save your pull abities for predictable ults and then dont have it ready for when it matters. 4. Countless times where you charge up a heal and then just let it go cause you lost LOS, instead of just switching targets. Thats easily 30-60 secs per game wasted just charging up healing without it actually healing.
i agree with most of those except #2, honestly wifeleaver is the only hero you should be healbotting on cause of his low damage even after his buff. when i play him i really dont do any more damage than like 700 lol
Game aint dead bruh... if it was, Overwatch would be shut down and people could no longer play it. Yes, the management of the game is trash and questionnable, but the game aint dead
@@youngty7174 You're definitely right, the game launched not too long ago, Blizzard isn't done with it yet. But playerbase dropped HARD after launch and has continued to shrink. Community has turned on the devs again just like 2-3 years ago with the first. I give it another year and it'll be as dead as the first was before OW2. You have to understand how big OW was at some point in order to understand how it's dead. OW used to have 20m+ monthly users at one point, OW2 launched with probably 30m people on it. I would be surprised if the game has over a million monthly now and around 50-70k daily. Which is still not dead, but it'll keep going down
Agreed, this game seemed closer to low-mid masters than low GM. The tempo of the game was super slow, people got picked at the worst possible times (early second point defense), and the team used big ults when down two. It’s only a sample size of one game though, and sometimes games like these happen even in mid GM lobbies, although not often.
