Mark has the most experience out of any technician I have had on this channel to date. It was truly an honor to have him on, and spend time going over his tools. Mark doesn’t know this, but when I was filming B-roll for this video, I asked a couple of the guys if they enjoyed working at the shop. Both said they loved it and would never leave. They said it was because the people who they work with weren’t like other shops where the senior techs have chips on their shoulders (they put it a different way).
