Man, your smoker looks as good as any other one I've seen on yt. You've got talent, that's evident. Get the word out, have faith in God, your business will grow. If Chud's BBQ started building smokers out of his garage, so can we. I've got a 120 gallon offset here in so. cal. Best of luck to you.

I can’t remember exactly but I believe the bottom was 80” x 30”. I have another video of a 330 I built just a few months ago and it had what I call short end Caps and the bottom grate was 92” long. You get more cooking area with the shorter end caps for sure 🤙🏼
