this sound is special, if you hear it don't try to ignore it. there's no medicine to cure it. if you do not ignore it, or feel threatened by it, it will become your friend.

Yes due to the sound being calming for most people, but depending the volume you listen to it, if it’s low then you’ll be fine, but raise the volume too high, let’s say above 85DB for a long time, you’ll cause some ear/hearing damage
