South facing is great because the sun is low in the winter so you can get solar heating on cold sunny days. Our house without the heat turned on easily gets to 70 degrees just from the sun.
Gas is good for heat and no mess and u can run gas logs on a t Stat believe me they would have loved it back in the day of a fireplace in every room for heat .I heat with wood and it does take alot of work .and I've installed many gas fireplaces and they are fine if u have the money for gas
Camera in the bedroom facing the bed? Huge turn off... that is spooky! You lost me right there. Facing the lake view from the living room, no problem. Can't look further.
No one needs all that space. What a depressing house. You’d have to be a multimillionaire Just to afford the staff for upkeep. This is more like a summer home for a church group with all the places to sleep.
