Samosa is a very delicious food that we can consider it as a fast food. Because we an cook it quick and easy. It is a very popular dish in many countries. Indians and eastern people, specially middle eastern people like Iranians and Arabic and Turkish people do love it😋 There are many different recipes for samosa, that we call it Sambooseh سمبوسه. But in Iran we usually make it like this. It is very tasty and crispy and hot. This kind of Samosa is Vegetarian. Here in my village house, we have stoves in the kitchen, but we love to cook on the campfire sometimes. It has a very good feeling. My routine rural lifestyle as a country girl is now different from when I was in the city! I love this slow life in the village. Living among cats and dogs and bird and... is amazing.
