Very similar in structure and layout to the infamous house we all know and have referred to. However this one is far nicer decorated and the outside has a better color palette.
The floor plan has a lot of similarities to the Watts house.It must be a popular build plan in the area. If I was looking to move to Fredrick this would be my idea of a dream home!
This floor plan was the Dylan with Richmond and it is very popular. The watts home was a DR Horton and it is very similar. I would love to chat with you about your dream home! Where do you currently reside? Colorado is fantastic! :)
I can't see any similarity between this house and Chris Watts house. They both have very different architactural design! Even back yards are not similar! Chris Watts house has a small back yard, but this house has a pretty huge back yard.
@@brandyunruh-homexpertI'm glad to do so. Personally it's as if every house in Frederick is an Amityville Horror. Frederick is one of the most beautiful places so far in Colorado.
I agree. It’s a relatively new trend. It sucks. There’s no mystery or privacy it’s like a giant open barn or something. Who wants their living room opened up like it’s part of the kitchen etc ? It’s odd.

They are hard to heat with a big open floor plan. As energy costs rise in the nation, I hope they start building houses the more traditional way with actual rooms you can close off to keep heat in.
@@chriss3115 it’s definitely challenging NOCO without transportation but they are building a new king soopers right down the road! Which is exciting for this part of Frederick and Dacono!!!
