Hi Dr. I am myopic with -7 in both eyes. I am now having cataracts in both eyes. I am considering monofocal lens only and wanting to get my distance vision fixed. Is there any downside to this other than reading glasses for computer and upclose work ? Will I be able to cook in kitchen and see dashboard in the car while driving without glasses ?
