Yessss!!! I am also a new subscriber and can't get enough of Sanne's workouts. I loved that a happy baby was thrown into the practice. Felt so good after all the glute burn.
It was a good burn!! Hmmm I’m not sure what brand it is but any wider resistance band similar to this one will give you that burn for sure! Will link if I find the brand :)
I'll have to look into Sanne's suggested bands as well. I've been using some off of Amazon that looks very similar. They have a variety of resistance so I can switch it up depending on how I feel that day.
