- paused several times. Love these workouts. I did take a breath everytime the timer was at 9sec. left so I could start the next exercise on time. ANytime the majority of my workout is at Zone 3-5 You KNOW its been a great workout! I'm sure the zone 1 and 2 are for the warm up and cool down. 40mins. 53yrs old. 5'0" Female. Cal burn 242. steps 4652 My Heart rate avg 146BPM Max HR 169 zone 1: 3:mins 6sec Zone 2: 4min 30sec Zone 3: 8min 22sec Zone 4: 18min 13sec Zone 5: 5min 26sec

I did this yesterday and dammn it was intense. I must admit I need to work on keeping up as some of the exercises were crazy and I really need to work on my coordination. I worked up a great sweat though and realsied I need to work on my fitness a bit. Thanks for this bro!

OMG it's been a while since I did your level 5.0 workout. It was seriously hard and I could not perform pushup clap as before but I finished through. I am glad and grateful!
