After having my second baby I knew I needed to work out. Post c-section I started with the low impact version of this workout and quickly moved to higher impact. I am now using 15 lb dumbells with your weighed workouts and able to do pushups for the first time in my life! I regularly work out using your channel. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months, worked at maintaining and exercising and now working again to lose more. Feeling great and combining a weight workout with this one now. It's motivating to see progress. I love your enthusiasm and encouragement. Thanks!

I thought I would take it easy today and just do this cute lil bodyweight workout.....WRONG. No equipment and totally kicked my booty. Thank you Lindsey and Rachel for another amazing workout! :)
I usually opt for running instead of cardio workouts - but didn't want to bundle up for an outdoor run today. I loved that this incorporated some bodyweight strength that I never would've gotten with "just a run" - thanks for a great workout!
I’m 24 weeks pregnant, and I think my little boy fell asleep inside while working out because he was up and moving on my way to work afterwards 😅 You said “low impact” and “high intensity”, my brain says “how?” After that, my brain is just blown-thank you for this! There are some pregnancy cardio that isn’t challenging enough and this was the perfect combo. Thank you also for not making this 50 on 10 off🤣

This was my first workout with you ladies as I was looking for a preggo lady workout (24.5 weeks) and holy cow!! How do you talk through the whole thing? Super impressed but hands down my favorite part was Ashley saying “I’m sorry Lindsey but I wasn’t even remotely paying attention” I died laughing because I was in the exact same mind set haha loved it!
This is hands down my fave workout from you guys! This one came out when I was 38 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and did it at least 3-4 times before he was born. I come back tho this workout over and over if I want a good sweat but no weights. I love all your workouts but would *love* more body weight, no-repeat workouts like this one! Lots of credit to you for keeping me in great shape during my pregnancy. I discovered your channel at the beginning of my pregnancy, and though I was in good shape before, I was in even better shape when my son was born! I love referring people to your channel when they ask what I do for workouts. Many thanks!
