Waiting for sneakers for my running which makes up most of my cardio but needed something to supplement so i can still get my cardio in until they arrive.This was awesomeeee and I found myself smiling so much because of how fun this workout was. Definitely gonna add this to my cardio schedule from now on!!
I got 1,200 steps. :) This was a fun workout to do with my 8wo baby watching me from her crib! Her eyes were darting back and forth following me and laughing, and every rest march I would give her a little snuggle! Thanks for the videos!! ❤❤❤
I love that every time I can’t make it outside for a walk/jog, I do this workout & my watch automatically says I’m doing an “indoor run” and it calculates how far I’m going. I can easily get 1.5 miles in with this workout!
I’ve only been doing NML for 2 weeks and today my 3.5 year old was telling my mom “this girl is funny- she always says - what is it mom?” “Holy bananas!” 😂

I got ~2k steps in! I have never not loved one of your workouts but I especially love the way you do the step workouts because there are a lot of not-so-challenging ones on RU-vid. I love that these are low impact (for days I don’t want to lift weights/jump) while also challenging my body to move in functional ways🙌🏻
I've been doing your 15 minute 1500 step cardio workout once a week for a couple weeks (and strength based ones other days) so I was super excited for this one and it did not disappoint! Thank you for this, I'm 12 weeks postpartum so all of your 15-20 minute videos are perfect for this stage of life!!
As much as I loved this workout it showed me just how far I’ve come during my NML journey. This used to be my only and preferred way of exercising and today, I realized how I’ve come to love strength training possibly even more than this!!! ❤thanks for keepin it fresh and fun ❤😂
i wanted a break from dumbbells today and almost ended up not working out at all until i saw this absolute GEM! i feel so energetic afterwards i love how its all standing moves and the cardio does wonders to my heartrate :) pls do more workouts like this lindsay! love ya!
Been adding this video after my workouts with you for the last 2 weeks loooove it. I'm all about the steps and with the dark mornings its harder to get outside and reach my daily steps but this has been great! Would love to see more of these now that the cold weather is coming! :)
I did one of your older workouts the other day, one without Rachel and my 2 and a half year old son asked me "Where is her friend Mommy??" I laughed pretty good at that one! I think he agrees that she is so fun to have on the videos now and its just weird if she is not on one haha Keep these workouts coming!!!
Cardio step workouts are such a fun way to change things up from the heavy weight days! I did this one with your 1500 steps workout for over 30 minutes cardio! Would love to see a 30 minute steps high and low impact options workout in the future! Could even bring a mini loop resistance band into play to amp things up a notch! I love these types of workouts!! I call them “mix and match” because I can do this plus a 10m arm or leg or ab with it!! It just feels so doable to me early in the morning!! Keep these “mix and match” workouts coming!! Appreciate y’all!!! 🫶🏼

This is a great workout when you are doing those long 37-48 hour fasts! I added vacuum abs through out, and the rests. Great workout for people in all seasons of life.
