I want to thank Sydney for sharing her story/journey!! I had tears in my eyes while cooling down. You're an inspiration!! Thank you for caring for the babies in NICU!!
Sydney: Way to go from a fellow Pediatric RN! Those overnights are killer and made me struggle with fitting in fitness and back pain too! WAY TO STICK WITH IT!! I started to cry at this end because I am so happy for you!!!
I have a deep appreciation for NICU nurses. 2/3 girls were NICU babies and our NICU nurses still keep in touch 17 years later. ❤ Sydney-you are so BRAVE to workout on camera-you are amazing! 😊
Loved this one! Felt so strong. Went up to 20 lb weights for the first time and completed everything! I think this is the strongest I've ever been! Thanks NML!
Loved this workout and am so encouraged by Sydney and the other guests you’ve had so far this year. It’s really fun to see the other faces on the other side of the tv that I’m working out with and don’t even know it.
This is a beautiful picture id community building friendship, wupport, and accountability! Thank you, NML for building this community. Thank you Syd for being willing to workout on camera so we can all connect theough thia community.
Love being part of this “team”!! Such a positive spot! My Monday win- my first workout with my new 25lb dumbbell! Persistance and consistency pays off! 🎉🎉
Loved this worked and having a member on! So cool to see how this program changes lives and how we can relate. Sydney is an inspiration! Thank you for all you do for NICU babies!
Thank you for having Sydney on and for her encouraging thoughts about our bodies and making goals that are not about how our bodies look. I am so glad I start my day with you guys.
YES Syd! Loved having her on! I too once had lower back pain and knee pain for years...found NML and after 2+ years of strength training my pain is gone. Thank you ladies!!
This was hard and fun! My favorite cue from you is that I'm going to face much harder things in life than some pushups. I started with 10 lbs and now I'm doing 20 lbs and wanna go heavier. Thanks for all you do! - Morgan
This is awesome. Thank you for including a viewer. This is an amazing idea. I love your workouts but it’s wonderful to see a body that looks like mine.
I've been a fan since 2020 and have shared your page with countless people. I even got my adult daughter addicted to you. Thanks for another great workout. You give SUCH great queues that help me out even from my side of the screen.
Thanks for continuing to push me! I had my 20lbs and 15lbs ready - I didn't even touch my 15s and had to grab a 25 and 30 mid-workout for some of the moves! And way to go Sydney!!
I LOVE the time drop workouts! Thank you for this one. I listened to you and pushed myself to use my 12kg (26 pounds) for the back rows and my 8kg (18 pounds) for as much as I could, including the squat thrusters! I am proud! Your workouts keep my excited to move and keep my consistent.
Way to go Syd! You totally crushed that workout! Thank you for all of your hard work as a NICU nurse. Both of my babies had to be in the NICU for a while and I will always be grateful for the attentive and loving care they received from their NICU nurses. You are all angels!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart Lindz and Rach. What you guys do is make women feel powerful. To be able to feel so good about themselves each day everyday. Syd represented us all in what she said about NML. THANK YOU!!
This was a great workout this morning! Loved that you included a local viewer! Great way to start the week! Motivated to get in my 30g protein per meal and 10,000/day along with my strength workouts with NML!!! Thanks for the workouts and motivation for the week!
I so relate to you, Sydney! I started NML workouts last July and it’s the first time in my life I’ve enjoyed working out. The formats are amazing and so easy to fit into my schedule, and the focus on progress over aesthetics is life changing. I filled my garden beds with a literal TON of soil this weekend with just a shovel and a wheelbarrow in less than 2 hours…and I wasn’t even sore the next day! A miracle! Thanks for all you do, Lindsey and Rachel! Your workouts have truly changed my life.
So happy you found your way to NML and have fallen in love with functional strength training!! You should be so proud of you for putting in the work!! Thanks for sharing!!
Love that you have members join! GO SYD!!! That was hard and awesome...thanks for all you do! (My favorite cues: "consistency compounds" and "do your best, forget the rest.")
Always love when members join you on set! She did an awesome job, and it's so encouraging to see. Also, I love the quote, "Train like an athlete for everyday life!"
@@nourishmovelove Went with my kids on a field trip to the zoo today, and I was SO thankful for the strength and endurance I have gained from your workouts! Needed every bit of that athletic training to keep track of all those 1st graders. 😂
This was a truly awesome work out. It flew by. Time drop might be my fav format. I’ve been thinking about upgrading from my 12s to 15s and this workout gave me the push I need. After I finish writing this, I’m going to order new weights!
I started following your channel back in June of 2023 and absolutely love all your content. Today May 1st 2024 i was able to do 10 pushups on my toes !!! Thank you for your encouraging words throughout the workouts .
Amazing workout as always! Way to go Sydney! You rocked it! I totally resonate with what you said about progress goals versus aesthetic goals. When I started following NML I loved that about her and her vibe. Many other fitness influencers I started following would do ‘what I eat in a day’ and talk about losing weight and I just didn’t love it so stopped following them. NML you are amazing and thank you for all you do❤
Love love love when you have members on! I think this is one of my favorite strength formats. Started with 15s and ended with 20s! Feeling strong today!
Thank you Sydney for all you do. My daughter was 8 weeks premature & spent 5 weeks in the NICU. If it weren't for the NICU nurses, we would not have made it through. She is a strong & healthy 15 year old & I still to this day remember all the NICU nurses faces. Thank you too for your honesty at the end. You inspired me with your words. This was a great workout & I listened to you Lindsey and went up in weight. Started with 15 pounds & ended with 25 pounds.
This is my NML workout and I'm so glad I found your channel! I did this with 10s and I already feel like I can push myself to do a bit heavier. Sydney's story is extremely encouraging!
Loved this workout and hearing about Sydney’s progress and goals. She is such an inspiration and so relatable to so many busy moms and dads out there. Thank you for all that you do aa a nurse and for sharing this workout with us!
What a great workout! Glad to get to finally do this one today. I hate when I'm traveling and "miss" the new things when they come out. Thanks for making me want to work out and to do hard things. And Sydney, you're a rockstar!!!
Just joined the community. I don't think I will be able to follow all the challenges and do the new workouts all the time (I have so many favorites amongst the oldies!), but I just want to support you guys. Keep up the good work!
How cool is Sydney? Finding time for exercise when she does 16 hour shifts. Super woman! Great workout. Was dreading doing a workout today, but I move every day because it's worth it. So I dropped the weights today because doing it at 9pm after a long child fuelled day. Still feel the benefit of movement.
Loved this workout!! I loved Sydney's comment about her fave leg workout, "not this one!" LOL... but that is a testament to Linds! She gets us out of our comfort zone and we do HARD moves ... great workout!!! Loved it.
Okay! My birthday today! I usually do a birthday run and or a crazy hard workout. But this is My first full workout since surgery. It wasn’t heavy but every exercise every rep. The come back is slow but I will get there. The best NML thing I’ve done is Metcon! Hard and great. The best thing I’ve been able to do and will get back to them is heavy single arm snatches and clean and jerk! I’ve been pretty excited. 🎉🥳🙌
What a wonderful workout!! Go Sydney!! Go Rachael grabbing that 20!!!! Woohoo so much good stuff today! Thank you Lindsey, what a fun workout!! I do have a question and I’m not sure if this is where I should ask it but here goes. I just found out yesterday that I’m pregnant and I have just increased my dumbbells in February from 10s to 20s. My question is: how heavy is too heavy to lift while pregnant? I didn’t workout while pregnant with my first two babies, and I really want to continue working out during this pregnancy. And thank you guys for all you do!!
So happy to hear you are loving this workout!! Congrats on your pregnancy!! During pregnancy it is important to continue strength training and picking up those heavy weights! I would also recommend following along with my pregnancy workout plans -- www.nourishmovelove.com/pregnancy-workout-plans/
Feel like I've learnt so much from you about training and moving in all planes of motion! Always find myself saying during my own workouts "come on, yes you can" and picking up the heavier weights. Thank you SO much for all you do, you've got me feeling so so strong and powerful. Also go Syd!! Way to go. My favourites are "yes you can" "so stinking strong" and "consistency compounds" :)
This was such a great workout! So sweaty but I love it. I wish I lived in MN so I could be a guest with you guys. Thanks for another awesome workout NML 😍
LOVE this format!! 🙌🏻 I found you 6 months ago and have been so challenged and motivated! This was my first workout I was able to stick with 15 pound weights the whole time!!! Thank you for your encouragement!!! ♥️♥️♥️
