i know that im slightly late with this comment ed but all this talk of knee problems actually helps me as part of my therapy a couple of weeks ago i had my second full knee replacement left knee this time after a lifetime of racing motorcycles no regrets here once it,s better i will be straight back out on the track.
You were going on about your Mirch, Ed well I’ve got the socks pants and T-shirt. All I need now is a nice pair of shorts to go with it. Is there any in the pipeline. 👍
Question for bill and Tommy can put his instructor hat on for it too. What is the one/biggest thing that you changed/learned about going fast coming from a trials background. Tommy, not sure if you get many trials riders crossing over to your training days but what is the worst bad habit trials riders have that stops them going fast.?
Done my mcl in September last year, took me 3/4 month to get a MRI, got the results back 7 days later, bruised bone, sprained ligament, torn acl, cartilage torn on both sides, acl needs reconstructed. So I get referred to a private hospital for surgery, went for surgery sat there all day in a ward in my gown, surgery was cancelled 6 o’clock at night because of the cut off time even thought my surgery was due to be at 3:30🤯😂 and rescheduled for 2 weeks later!!
Did exactly the same went private health with mr Allen through axa private health he repaired my miniscus and gave me a new acl using my hamstring 6 years ago never had any trouble since and back riding motocross but now always wear knee braces
I watched the second round of endurocross last year right next to my hometown and the whole arena lost their minds every race from the amateurs to the pros Superenduro is only going up from here hope to see it in Anaheim one day
Nice one Ed , good to see you back on our screens together! has been a while. Gotta see if dougie lampkin will do the kecks Olympics , and Jarvis 👍🏼, look forward to sitting listening along to the next chit chat lads ,appreciate your efforts 👍🏼👍🏼
I love this episode talking about injuries. I just had surgery on my collar bone and AC, but took almost 4 weeks from the accident to surgery. And almost a week to know the diagnosis from the accident. So I feel for you ed 😂
Glad you're back Lads! Best of luck with the knee and ribs. I spannered my ribs in a road accident in 2017 and they still give me grief every now and then 😂
About time you lads ,good your legs getting better edd ,Tommy same to you with your ribs ,hey Billy I got my husky 701 LR in the end ,it's got 231 miles on clock and plenty of power 😊🎉
